Construction progress
The first three Flat Houses are rising steadily as we’ve now reached the stage of building the walls. Soon there will be more, as we’re currently digging the foundations for six more houses! We’ve also started laying electrical and water installations to supply the buildings with utilities. In addition, our construction site has been upgraded with important security measures: a full fence, entrance gates, and a security booth. Because Nomad City is a long-term, large-scale project, we are constantly looking to the future. We have just secured additional plots of land to expand the area and have begun topographic surveys and soil studies.

Meet & Greet Event in New York
On September 25th, we had the great pleasure of hosting the Meet & Greet: The Future of the Samaná Peninsula in Manhattan, which attracted great interest from real estate agents and investors. Marek Zmysłowski and Yaritza Reyes presented to our guests the projects of Samana Group and the prospects of sustainable development of the Samaná region. We’re building the Radiological Town!
We’ve already started the construction of the first villa that will be part of the Radiological Town. This extraordinary project, located in Nomad City, will allow radiologists from the Diagnostyka Group to work remotely and comfortably from the heart of Samaná. This will be possible thanks to specialized infrastructure, as the city will be equipped with dedicated diagnostic workstations, syngo.via licenses, and a coworking and training center. The Radiological Town proves that Nomad City is an excellent place to develop innovative projects for different professional groups and communities.
