Dear Investors,
spring has arrived, bringing new energy and new projects to Samana Group! Let’s summarize the most important events of March on the sunny peninsula of Samaná.
Flat House becomes a bestseller!
The Flat House, a villa with pool for the price of a flat with developer financing available, is a product the market has been waiting for. In the first quarter of this year (in fact, since mid-February when the offer was launched), 25 Flat House villas with plots have been purchased in pre-sale! That’s over $6 million USD in sales and more than 30 new residents of Nomad City. Our goal for this year is to sell 150 of these units. We are very happy that our project is so successful and we invite those of you who have not yet had a chance to get acquainted with it HERE.
Interactive Masterplan of Nomad City
Last month we prepared a new feature for you on the Nomad City website. Now you can get a closer look at the vision of the private city thanks to the interactive map of the first phase of the project. It is a detailed land development plan where you can view selected elements, check available plots, and learn about the layout of Nomad City. We invite you to explore and have fun!
Construction progress
We encourage you to compare the above Masterplan with an aerial view of the site to see how our vision is taking concrete shape. Here you can see the characteristic loop and in the background the prepared land for the Nomad City Condo 1 building. As you can see, we are still doing a lot of ground work, but the progress of the landscaping and roads is visible to the naked eye! We have also started the construction of the first 3 Flat Houses and another 20 will start in May.
Architectural workshops in Samaná
In March, we had the pleasure of hosting exceptional talents from the Habitat Now Academic Circle of the Faculty of Architecture at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Initiated by a graduate of this faculty, Magdalena Wojtal, who is now the Coordinator of Architects at Samana Group, selected individuals participated in three weeks of workshops on sustainable development in the El Valle and Monte Rojo regions. We would like to thank our guests for their passion and creativity. We hope it was an inspiring experience for you and that some of your outstanding ideas will soon see the light of day!New website of the Samana Group Foundation

President inaugurates the construction of the Port Samaná
A notable event that took place in March, with a significant impact on the development of the Samana Group, was the inauguration of the construction of the Samaná Arroyo Barril Terminal, which is expected to receive up to one million tourists per year! The President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, personally laid the symbolic foundation stone and declared the goal of making Samaná a hub for cruise ships in the Caribbean.
Fast track to a second passport
At the end of March we had a pre-premiere of our new offer: Fast Track to Second Citizenship. In short, for purchases of properties from our offer over $1 million, we propose to obtain a strong passport of neighboring Dominica for free. Our partner in this initiative is Migronis, a leading global company specializing in obtaining citizenship and residency through investment.
