Villa Farm envisions an enchanting nature, that delivers the opportunity to harvest, thrive, and prosper towards a renewable future. Villa Farm invites locals and visitors alike to immerse themselves in programs that embrace the surrounding environment. Complimentary programs such as fresh produce of fruits and vegetables, agricultural farm tourism showcasing the preservation center, a walking trail designated to reserve and protect endangered vegetation, flourishing trees, and flora gardens, leading to an observatory of the highest peak of the farm. Guests can enjoy seasonal dishes made from the farm’s bounty while holding events and ceremonies that enrich both local and farm communities together. Homestead: The Residency is designed to sustain an off-grid environment, powered by its natural surrounding resources. To bring out the unique attributes of the site, we’ve designed the experiential value of vast open landscapes to the immersive surrounding environment. A community pavilion for the farm, to ease the productivity of workers and a relaxation to immerse the surroundings of the reservoir, private fruit pickings, and animal agriculture. A presentation of a new luxurious lifestyle, exclusively for the residency. Infinity (Barn and Preservation Center): Designed for multifunctional use, the barn and agriculture is designed around its resources to enhance the site of its productivity such as energy production, operation on farms, and holding spaces for locals to rent out to thrive the site for educational and tourism growth. A place of agricultural studies, seasonal delicacies, and natural conservation. Off-Grid System: The context’s natural climate energizes the farm through water harvesting and solar energy. This system not only enhances the farm operations but also serves as a model of resourceful celebration for the local community. By creating a sanctuary of resources, the local villages can gather and be delivered through the agricultural center, which provides a supply delivery system to transport clean water from the reservoir and charged generators for its solar panels. Respecting the natural state, Villa Farm enhances the condition by delivering provisions that benefit the local region such as an evacuation area for higher ground, shelter from harsh climates, and energy preservation of water filtration reservoir from rain and solar generators.
