Private cities at Złota 44
On June 20, 2023, experts from different fields were set to meet at Złota 44 in Warsaw to discuss the potential of private cities and their possible impact on the future of urban development.
The event brought together perspectives from urban planning, architecture, economics, sociology, and other disciplines.
Discussions were also expected to address the ethical, legal, and practical implications of private cities, including both the opportunities and challenges associated with this model.
Samana Group at INVESTCAMP 7.0
Samana Group became the title sponsor of INVESTCAMP 7.0, taking place in Manchester from June 23 to 25.
The event included a talk by Marek Zmysłowski on private cities and key markers in business, alongside broader discussions about investing, cryptocurrency, real estate, and entrepreneurship.

Our participation in the COMPASS event gave us another opportunity to discuss the Dominican Republic’s growing real estate market, present our vision, and exchange ideas with professionals from the industry.
We also delivered a presentation on private cities to an engaged audience and had the opportunity to build new relationships around the project.
