The company will invest 0,5 million USD in Samana Glamping El Valle S.A., of which up to 125,000 will come from a share issue in the equity crowdfunding model.
Within a few months, the facility will be completed and handed over for commercial use. The planned annual income from this title is 550k USD, of which 325k USD is EBITDA profit.
The company plans to pay out part of the projected profit from the sale of hotel services to shareholders in the form of a dividend.

As proof of the concept’s validity, the founders of Samana Group have already built and opened six boutique hotels and apartment complexes in the region.

The facility, opened in 2019, offers 10 high-standard cottages, and expansion plans are underway to increase the number to 18 cottages soon.

I’ve seen a good part of the world in my life. I’ve been on all continents. However, it was here, in this remote corner of the Dominican Republic, that I decided to establish a home. I simply realized that I love being here, because everything that surrounds me was designed by nature to pleasure the people. The extraordinary landscapes satiate the eye. The scents pleasantly vibrate in the nostrils, and the hum of the ocean is incomparable to anything else. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. That’s why the Dominican Republic, and especially Samana, attracts so many travelers enamored with ecology in its broadest sense. Everyone wants to experience nature in its pristine form and with everything it has best to offer.
I decided to build a private city here to share these emotions that have so greatly changed my life. I believe this is the most beautiful mission I could undertake.
