First Open House at Nomad City with RE/MAX

We recently hosted the first ever historic Open House at Nomad City! During the event, attendees explored our newly opened showroom showcasing the interiors of our private city. They also toured the construction site and took in the area’s stunning surroundings.

On August 23rd, we had the pleasure of hosting our first Open House event at Nomad City, exclusively for over 100 RE/MAX Agents. The day began with a warm welcome at Santa Bahía Kitchen & Bar, followed by an insightful project overview by Yaritza, who explained the vision behind Nomad City.

Next, our guests were treated to a tour of the new office in Samana City, and the highlight of the day – an exclusive first look at our polished Nomad City showroom! Inside, we showcased the interior designs of Nomad City apartments and villas, including furniture, decorations, color palettes and materials. This gave visitors a tangible preview of what’s to come in our private city.

The program also included a scenic tour of the picturesque El Valle beach, allowing our partners to experience the natural beauty that surrounds Nomad City. Guests were invited to explore the future site of the Flat House villas, where construction is well underway, demonstrating the dynamic progress of our project.

The day concluded with a delicious lunch and Q&A session with our CEO, providing the perfect setting for networking by the pool and sharing insights into the future of Nomad City. We were also proud to award five top performing agents for their outstanding contributions.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and shared their enthusiasm for our vision. It was an inspiring day of exploration, engagement and excitement for the future of Samana Group’s projects.
