We have officially closed our first investment round, raising PLN 10 million to continue Phase 1 construction, launch sales in March, and prepare to welcome the first residents.
For us, this marks an important transition — the project is moving from plans and concepts into physical development.

POINTER.CAPITAL JOINS AS OUR INVESTOR
Pointer.Capital, an international investment group focused on fintech and Web3 projects, has joined Samana Group as an investor.
Its founders have previously invested in six startups that went on to reach unicorn status.
Lukas S. Zgiep, General Partner at Pointer.Capital, explained the decision:
“We decided to invest in Samana Group because we believe the startup has a real chance to become a leader in the emerging private cities sector, which represents a new asset class. Samana Group’s strength lies in the founders’ experience and a carefully prepared execution plan.”
