Construction at Nomad City is progressing, with the access road to the area where the foundations will be built among the first priorities.
The route has now been marked out and excavated, the soil compacted, and the subgrade prepared.
With this work complete, the first phase of the road is officially finished.
Geotechnical investigations completed
Another essential stage has also been finalized: geotechnical investigations of the site.
These soil tests assess the stability, cohesion, and specific characteristics of the ground. Their results help determine appropriate insulation solutions, water-drainage systems, and the correct design of building foundations.
This work is an important part of ensuring that future structures are designed for the actual conditions of the site and built with durability in mind.
