You decide on-site, with a buyer's discount applied to your contract. No pressure — you only commit once you've seen it for yourself.

How does the reservation work?: Through a conversation with your advisor, who walks you through the Fly & Buy terms and reserves your place in the program. There's no online payment — everything starts with a call.
What happens after I get in touch?: Our team reaches out, helps you plan your Fly & Buy window, and arranges the details of your visit to Samaná.
What will I see when I fly in?: Our team gives you a guided tour of the project on the ground — the new units and the 4 km of new infrastructure — so you can decide with full confidence.
Is there a buyer's discount?: Yes. If you decide to buy on-site, a buyer's discount is applied to your contract. Your advisor will explain the current terms during your call.
