We’re happy to share the latest update from the Nomad City construction site!
After a period of internal reorganization and strategic alignment, we are now fully back in motion — operating at an accelerated pace and under a strict execution schedule .
In Phase 1A, advanced structural works are in full swing. Main floor slabs have been poured, foundation bases completed, and engineered plot platforms prepared to support the next stages of vertical construction.
At the same time, Phase 1B has officially entered infrastructure development. Earthworks and road grading are underway, plot platforms are being formed, and the first underground utility routes are being established.
Two phases. Parallel execution — with coordinated progress across both areas keeping the broader Nomad City masterplan moving forward.
