Early investor terms
Invest a minimum of $25,000 by the end of March and receive a voucher for a one-week stay at one of our partner hotels, including a zipline experience and a sailing trip in search of whales and dolphins.
The available options include:
cash repayment with 15% interest, or an extension until the following year;
conversion into shares during the December 2023 round with a 20% bonus — a $100,000 investment converts into $120,000 in that round, with share conversion available for investments of at least $100,000;
conversion into an apartment or home with a 25% bonus — a $100,000 investment becomes $125,000 toward a property from our portfolio;
conversion into land with a 50% bonus — a $100,000 investment becomes $150,000 toward land from our offering.
How it works
The process begins with an online meeting or an in-person presentation in Samaná.
After choosing to invest at least $25,000 before the end of March, eligible investors receive the VIP voucher and can experience the Dominican Republic firsthand while becoming part of the Samana Group investor community.
