Every year, the editors of WPROST recognize innovative and groundbreaking products, concepts, and solutions. In 2023, Samana Group joined the group of award recipients for the Nomad City project.
The award highlighted the project’s approach to three challenges commonly associated with the development of international tourism destinations: insufficient urban planning, the absence of a deliberately designed lifestyle, and inadequate infrastructure.
Nomad City was presented as a private city combining European standards of living with the natural environment of the Caribbean.
The statuette was accepted by Krzysztof Kochanowski, CEO of Samana Group, who said:
“We are extremely proud that you have noticed us — a group of Poles who want to build a private city in the Dominican Republic.”
The recognition marks another important milestone for Nomad City and for the broader vision behind Samana Group.
