The event gave our partners the opportunity to experience the project directly — from the new showroom and Samana Group office to the construction site and natural surroundings of Samaná.
Starting at Santa Bahía
The day began with a welcome at Santa Bahía Kitchen & Bar.
Yaritza presented the broader vision behind Nomad City and gave guests an overview of the project before the group moved into the next stages of the visit.
A First Look at the Nomad City Showroom
Guests then visited the new office in Samaná City before seeing the completed Nomad City showroom for the first time.
The showroom presents the interior concepts planned for Nomad City villas and apartments, including:
furniture,
decorative elements,
color palettes,
materials,
interior finishes.
The objective is to give future clients and partners a tangible understanding of how the finished properties are intended to feel.
From El Valle to the Construction Site
The program also included a visit to El Valle beach, allowing guests to experience more of the landscape surrounding the project.
Agents then toured the future Flat House area, where construction was already underway.
Seeing foundations and active construction made it possible to compare the design vision with the physical progress taking place on site.
Conversations About the Future of Nomad City
The day concluded with lunch and a Q&A session with our CEO.
The informal setting provided an opportunity to discuss the project, ask detailed questions, and build relationships between Samana Group and the RE/MAX network.
During the event, we also recognized five top-performing agents for their contributions.
