After months of detailed planning, calculations, and design work, we have officially broken ground on Nomad City.
The project has attracted significant interest from the very beginning, and many people have been waiting to see it move from plans into physical construction. No one, however, has been more eager for this moment than our own team.
We are therefore very pleased to announce that construction of Nomad City has officially begun.
The first works are underway
Nomad City is being developed on the hills of Monte Rojo, overlooking Samaná Bay.
Designed as a residential and coworking community, the project is intended to combine housing, infrastructure, and amenities supporting both everyday life and remote work.
The first essential stage of construction is the road providing access to the development site.
The start of works was attended by a representative of the Senator of Samaná, representatives of Constructora Lugo, a construction group from Santo Domingo, and our architectural team led by Magdalena Wojtal.
Breaking ground is only the first step, but it is a significant one. After months of preparation, Nomad City has entered the construction phase.
From here, the focus is straightforward: continue the work and document progress directly from the site.
