Samana Group is strengthening its Board of Advisors with two experts in law, capital markets, real estate, and international investment: Ludwik Sobolewski and Maria Kobryń.
Their expertise adds an important legal and financial perspective to our plans for developing a private city in Samaná.
Ludwik Sobolewski
Ludwik Sobolewski holds a doctorate in law and is a legal advisor with extensive experience in capital markets.
He served as President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange after winning the selection process for the role in 2006 and again in 2010, remaining in the position until 2013.
He later became President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and subsequently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Poșta Română, Romania’s national postal operator.
At the time of publication, Ludwik Sobolewski was Managing Partner at a Warsaw law firm, served on the supervisory boards of several companies, and acted as an advisor to Crowder.pro — a crowdlending platform cooperating with Samana Group.
Samana Group has an ambitious long-term objective of creating the first private city listed on a stock exchange. Ludwik’s experience managing two exchanges, his understanding of alternative financing mechanisms, and his international background make his expertise particularly relevant to this goal.
Maria Kobryń
Maria Kobryń also joins Samana Group as a Board Advisor.
She is an expert in real estate, construction, and contract law, as well as Managing Partner at Blueshell Legal.
Her professional work focuses extensively on the legal aspects of purchasing real estate abroad. She has published numerous articles and materials on the subject, including the e-book Business, Dominican Republic, Real Estate, which provides a comprehensive overview of purchasing property, investing, and conducting business in the Dominican Republic.

Her knowledge of both international real estate transactions and Samana Group’s operations makes her a valuable addition to our advisory team.
