Reflecting on his decision to join Samana Group, Piotr said:

More than three decades in real estate
Piotr Baran is closely associated with PCG, a Polish developer with more than three decades of experience in the real estate market.
At the time of publication, the company had completed 47 developments representing approximately 200,000 square meters of residential space.
PCG operates across Poland and was active in six cities: Wrocław, Legnica, Jawor, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, and Wałbrzych.
Piotr’s experience adds another layer of hands-on development expertise to Samana Group as we continue building our projects in Samaná.
