A new way to finance your build
Depending on your property, construction stage, valuation, and financial profile, financing may be available through one of two structures:
Up to 70% of direct construction costs
or
Up to 50% based on project valuation
Financing is available in USD, with an indicative interest rate of 8–10% p.a.
Funds are released progressively as construction advances, helping align financing with the actual development of your Flat House.
